Total Bathroom renovation
When faced with numerous repairs, sometimes the best solution is to start from scratch. This ensures the final outcome is not only functional but also robust and long-lasting, providing reliable use for years to come. Pieter completely gutted what was, frankly, an uninviting bathroom and, with the help of his trusted local plumber who signed off on the plumbing work, transformed the small space into a highly functional and beautifully designed shower room. The result is both practical and visually appealing, perfectly suited to its purpose.
A fence to serve many purposes
This is an example of a front courtyard that was previously completely open to the development, with no boundary fence around the three sides of the property. By installing a premium-quality fence and adding a pergola-style entrance, the entire outdoor aesthetic and kerb appeal have been completely transformed. Pieter personally designed and installed the fence, including the enchanting LED fairy light feature, which not only enhances the space but also creates a welcoming ambiance. The new setup adds privacy, style and character, turning the courtyard into a more defined and inviting outdoor area.
A total property transformation
This is a joint venture within the TTD family who own this property as a long-term rent in Surrey. This was an incredible transformation project where Pieter, along with TTD Ltd, took a small studio coach house/maisonette and, after securing the required building regulations and permissions, converted it into a beautiful one-bedroom flat. The entire property was gutted, including a complete rewire done by a qualified electrician. We knocked down walls to create space for a new kitchen & installed a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, flooring and tiling, and even added fresh carpets. We used stud walls to create an entire new bedroom including a built in-cupboard. The garden also received an impactful overhaul.
Transforming the old, worn-out kitchen—complete with doors hanging off hinges, rusty appliances, mould and inefficient use of space—was no small feat. Custom cupboards were designed to accommodate waste pipes and maximise space, ultimately turning a neglected area into a modern, comfortable living space.
We have created major uplift in value on this project just by using Pieter's imaginative design-work to transform this property into a little gem.
