Consultation (without assessment of paperwork):
If you need advice on your next steps, we offer a one-hour consultation fee via Zoom or in person (if local to
Guildford), excluding paperwork assessment.
Cost is £75
Consultation (with assessment of paperwork):
This involves reviewing tenancy documents and tenant communication, examining any notices received and issued, and creating an action plan.
Cost is £150
Simple Section 8 or 21 notice:
Preparing files, reviewing documents and sending basic notices to tenants by mail if all paperwork is in order.
Cost is £85 per notice
Complicated Section 8 or 21 notice:
Re-service of statutory documents in the event of paperwork being incorrect will incur additional charges and time.
Cost is £150 per notice
Preparation and serving Section 21:
This incorporates the notice (£85) and tasks related to preparation of Accelerated Possession documents for submission to court (£265).
Cost is £350 but please note that you will also pay a court fee directly for £391.
Moneyclaims: on behalf of the landlord.
Cost is £50 (bear in mind legal fees apply).
Bailiff's Orders: Engaging services of a bailiff, which includes preparation of documents.
Cost is £125 (bear in mind Bailiff fees apply).
Yes, we can appear on your behalf with the necessary paperwork for us to be there in your place.
Cost is £125 (please bear in mind that this service is only for Surrey & Hampshire clients).
